Your New Role

• Diagnose electrical issues and present tailored solutions to homeowners and businesses

• Educate customers on services, safety improvements, and upgrades

• Generate sales from service calls and follow-up leads

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth job execution

• Track and report performance metrics in CRM systems

• Maintain up-to-date product and code knowledge to build trust and credibility

• Serve customers across Oklahoma City, OK and surrounding areas

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License

• Minimum 3 years of electrical experience (residential and/or commercial)

• Sales-minded with a track record of closing upgrades or add-ons

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Confidence in presenting solutions and overcoming objections

• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
