Your New Role

This full-time position is based in Tulsa, OK, where you’ll lead commercial and industrial electrical projects while mentoring the next generation of electricians. You’ll be empowered to make decisions, own your projects, and represent a brand trusted throughout the community.

• Lead electrical installations in both commercial and industrial environments, upholding safety and quality standards

• Supervise and mentor a crew of 1–3 apprentices or helpers

• Collaborate with team members, clients, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution

• Maintain responsibility and accountability for each project’s outcome

• Represent TGE Inc. with professionalism and pride on every job

• Minimum of 4 years of electrical experience in commercial or related settings

• Must hold a valid Unlimited Electrical Journeyman License

• Strong communication skills and dedication to craftsmanship

• Commitment to mentoring apprentices and fostering team development

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Willingness to travel is a plus but not required
