Your New Role:

As our Electrical Inventory Manager, you’ll be the maestro of our electrical components and supplies. Here’s what you’ll dive into:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, conduct regular physical counts, and reconcile discrepancies. Your sharp eye will prevent shortages and overstock situations.
• Procurement: Partner with our purchasing team to order supplies, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate the best deals. You’re the deal-maker who ensures we always have top-notch materials.
• Database Management: Keep our inventory systems up-to-date, generate insightful reports, and streamline data accuracy.
• Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with warehouse, engineering, and project management teams. Your coordination skills will ensure seamless operations.
• Compliance and Safety: Implement safety protocols and ensure we’re always compliant with industry regulations.

• You have 2+ years of inventory management experience, ideally in the electrical or manufacturing sectors.
• You’re a detail-oriented organizational wizard with strong analytical skills.
• You excel in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and are proficient with inventory management software.
• You’re a negotiation powerhouse and communicate effectively with everyone from suppliers to internal teams.
• You thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the electrical or manufacturing industry.

• Proven experience with inventory management software and systems.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
