Your New Role
As a Journeyman Electrician at Silver Electric and Solar, you’ll be more than just a worker. You’ll lead a crew, oversee projects, and play a vital role in maintaining our high standards. Specifically, you’ll:
- Lead and manage a crew of 2-4 team members on residential and commercial projects
- Handle projects end-to-end, ensuring top-quality, timely results
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and management for seamless project execution
- Stay tech-savvy; we use modern systems and tools to streamline operations
- Maintain exceptional punctuality and dependability

Job requirements
- Licensure: Texas Journeyman’s License required
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in the field; solar installation experience preferred
- Certifications: NABCEP Professional Certification a plus
- Skills: Strong leadership, tech proficiency, and commitment to high standards
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a focus on quality work
