Your New Role:

As an Electrical Estimator at Tri-County Electrical Contractors, you’ll be the go-to person for estimating electrical projects, focusing on plan and spec jobs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing blueprints to determine electrical needs.
• Using state-of-the-art estimating software to create precise estimates.
• Preparing and submitting competitive bid proposals.
• Research costs for materials, transport, labor, and equipment.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Procuring quotes from suppliers and contractors within set deadlines.
• Assessing project risk levels.
• Preparing and submitting detailed quotations and cost breakdowns.
• Assisting with bids for new contracts and supporting the activities of buyers.
• Monitoring project costs to ensure alignment with estimates.
• Handling other duties as assigned.
