Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with experienced Journeyman electricians to assist in completing various electrical projects for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Journeyman electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment
  • Learning and applying electrical theories, concepts, and techniques under the guidance of experienced professionals
  • Performing routine inspections and tests on electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properly and safely
  • Helping with the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment by local and national electrical codes
  • Assisting in troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and making necessary repairs
  • Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Providing support in maintaining accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule

Job requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • A strong interest in the electrical field and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals
  • Should also possess good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions effectively
  • Good driving history
  • Pass a drug screen
  • Pass background check
  • Unlicensed Electrician RE certification
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
