Your New Role

• Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal ductwork for residential and light commercial HVAC systems throughout New York City and surrounding areas

• Install supply, return, and exhaust duct systems according to project specifications

• Read and interpret HVAC blueprints, duct layouts, and installation drawings

• Install flexible duct, insulation, hangers, supports, registers, and grilles

• Seal duct systems to improve airflow efficiency and system performance

• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and NYC code requirements on job sites

• Communicate project updates and document completed work using ServiceTitan

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Minimum of 2 years of ductwork fabrication and installation experience

• Experience working with sheet metal tools and fabrication equipment

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and duct layout drawings

• OSHA 10 certification required

• OSHA 30 certification preferred

• SST card required for NYC job sites

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver HVAC materials and equipment safely

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
