As a Drain Cleaning Technician, you'll serve customers throughout Woodland, CA, and surrounding communities by diagnosing and resolving drain and sewer system issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
Perform drain cleaning and sewer line services for residential and commercial customers
Operate drain cleaning machines, hydro jetting equipment, and sewer inspection cameras
Diagnose drain and sewer problems and recommend appropriate solutions
Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and professionally
Communicate clearly with customers about findings and completed work
Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls as scheduled

At least 2 years of drain cleaning or plumbing experience
Experience operating electric drain cleaning machines, hydro jetters, and sewer inspection cameras
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces
Availability to participate in rotating weekend and on-call schedules
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience with CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) methods is a plus
Willingness to work overtime when needed
