Your New Role

As a Drain Cleaning Technician, you'll serve customers throughout Woodland, CA, and surrounding communities by diagnosing and resolving drain and sewer system issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform drain cleaning and sewer line services for residential and commercial customers

• Operate drain cleaning machines, hydro jetting equipment, and sewer inspection cameras

• Diagnose drain and sewer problems and recommend appropriate solutions

• Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and professionally

• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and completed work

• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation

• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices

• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls as scheduled

• At least 2 years of drain cleaning or plumbing experience

• Experience operating electric drain cleaning machines, hydro jetters, and sewer inspection cameras

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces

• Availability to participate in rotating weekend and on-call schedules

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Experience with CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) methods is a plus

• Willingness to work overtime when needed
