Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing and drainage systems to identify blockages and issues.
Utilize drain cameras and diagnostic tools to assess the condition of pipes and drains.
Perform routine maintenance on drains and sewer lines to prevent clogs and blockages.
Recommend appropriate preventive measures to clients to maintain drainage system health.
Use a variety of drain cleaning equipment, such as augers, snakes, and hydro-jetting machines, to clear blockages.
Diagnose the cause of drain clogs and employ the most suitable methods for removal.
Work on different types of drains, including sinks, toilets, showers, and main sewer lines.
Ensure that blockages are effectively cleared to restore proper drainage.
Repair damaged or deteriorating pipes by patching, sealing, or replacing sections as necessary.
Collaborate with plumbing teams to coordinate extensive pipe repairs or replacements.
Provide clients with cost estimates and options for pipe repair or replacement projects.
Address root intrusion issues in sewer lines using root cutting and removal techniques.
Perform sewer line inspections to identify cracks, breaks, or damage requiring repair.
Repair or replace sewer lines to restore proper wastewater flow.
Communicate with clients to explain drain issues, repair options, and pricing.
Educate clients on proper drain maintenance to prevent future blockages.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries.
Be available for on-call and emergency drain cleaning services during non-business hours.

Job requirements
5+ years of experience in drain cleaning
Must be able to perform drain cleaning jobs on your own.
Possess a clean driving record with no major traffic violations
Successfully pass a DOT physical examination
Pass a comprehensive background check & drug test
Maintain a clean-cut and presentable appearance
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. & Minnesota
