Responsibilities

• Clear blockages in drains, sewers, and other pipeline systems using specialized equipment.

• Respond promptly to customer call-outs, diagnosing and resolving drain and sewer problems.

• Utilize video camera equipment to inspect sewer lines, identifying potential issues or problems.

• Document findings and provide detailed reports to both management and clients.

• Recommend necessary repairs or replacements to clients based on inspection results.

• Sell repair and installation services, ensuring clients understand the benefits and importance of suggested solutions.

• Conduct or oversee repairs and installations, ensuring work meets or exceeds industry standards.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring service satisfaction.

• Educate customers on best practices for drain and sewer maintenance.

• Regularly maintain and clean equipment, ensuring it's in good working order.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or needs for replacements.

• Follow local plumbing codes and regulations.

• 2+ years experience as a drain and sewer technician or similar role.

• Knowledge of standard methods, tools, and equipment used in the industry.

• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.

• Ability to use sewer camera equipment for inspections.

• Strong customer service and sales skills.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.

• Valid Driver's License
