Your New Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with service requests and scheduling.

• Dispatch and coordinate service technicians based on priority and availability.

• Process work tickets and ensure accurate documentation of service calls.

• Order parts and materials needed for service repairs.

• Send reminders for upcoming maintenance and service appointments.

• Handle general office tasks, including data entry, email communication, and follow-ups.

• Participate in on-call dispatch approximately one week per month to assist with after-hours service requests.

• Previous experience in customer service or dispatching is a plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
