Location: Spicewood, TX
Coordinate and schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
Optimize technician schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and scheduling changes
Dispatch technicians using scheduling software and monitor daily job progress
Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and urgency
Collaborate with technicians, managers, and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and scheduling information
Assist with workload balancing, route planning, and emergency scheduling needs
Support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience from first call to job completion
Help maintain strong communication between customers and field technicians

Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, plumbing, electrical, or a related service industry preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to coordinate multiple technicians and appointments simultaneously
High attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to remain calm and effective during high-volume periods
