Your New Role

As a Dispatcher with A1 Heating and Cooling Inc., you will support daily service operations and help keep schedules on track. You will work closely with customers, technicians, and office staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting walk-in customers

• Collecting and entering customer information into service software

• Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming service appointments

• Managing the daily dispatch board and filling open time slots

• Coordinating emergency and priority service calls

• Communicating schedule updates and job details to technicians

• Managing maintenance agreements and related service scheduling

• Applying for permits and coordinating inspections when needed

• Assisting with basic office tasks such as invoicing, payments, and customer follow-ups

• Location: This position is based in Rifle, CO and supports customers within a 50-mile service area

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred

• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work in person at the Rifle, CO office
