Salary Range: $52,000 – $62,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, 7 AM–5 PM Central, Monday–Friday with rotating weekends, nights as needed, and holidays

Based in San Antonio, TX, you’ll:
Route top-performing technicians to customers for maximum efficiency and satisfaction
Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency
Ensure seamless coordination between internal support and field staff
Log call details and customer interactions accurately
Follow established call scripts and escalation procedures
Assist in people management and dispatch operations
Create a positive experience that drives customer retention and brand trust

1–2 years of dispatching, customer service, or call center experience
High school coursework or equivalent
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfort with call software and basic office tech
Willingness to work rotating weekends, evenings, and holidays
Must pass a background check and drug screening
DISC assessment completion is required during the hiring process
