  • Salary Range: $52,000 – $62,000 per year

  • Schedule: Full-time, 7 AM–5 PM Central, Monday–Friday with rotating weekends, nights as needed, and holidays

Your New Role

Based in San Antonio, TX, you’ll:

  • Route top-performing technicians to customers for maximum efficiency and satisfaction

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency

  • Ensure seamless coordination between internal support and field staff

  • Log call details and customer interactions accurately

  • Follow established call scripts and escalation procedures

  • Assist in people management and dispatch operations

  • Create a positive experience that drives customer retention and brand trust

Job requirements

  • 1–2 years of dispatching, customer service, or call center experience

  • High school coursework or equivalent

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Comfort with call software and basic office tech

  • Willingness to work rotating weekends, evenings, and holidays

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

  • DISC assessment completion is required during the hiring process
