Your New Role as a Plumbing Dispatcher:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently, managing the dispatch board to keep the team moving and revenue flowing.

• Communicate with clients about technician arrival times, rescheduling as needed, and ensure technicians arrive on time.

• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse for timely parts delivery, and debrief technicians after each call.

• Collect payments immediately after job completion.

• Uphold our Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule, Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy.

• Must have a background in Plumbing/HVAC

• High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred. Strong English composition, critical thinking, and customer service skills.

• Self-starter, reliable, flexible with working hours, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication abilities, including telephone etiquette and email proficiency.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to develop tools for departmental efficiencies.

• Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
