Collaborate directly with leadership, service managers, and technicians to drive productivity
Your ability to organize, prioritize, and lead dispatch operations directly impacts company growth
Strong team environment focused on communication, accountability, and results
Manage daily dispatch scheduling and technician routing in Chandler, Arizona
Coordinate service calls for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical technicians across the service area
Prioritize commercial service requests and property management work orders
Adjust schedules throughout the day to handle emergency calls and same day service requests
Maintain strong communication with technicians, service managers, and clients
Ensure technicians are efficiently scheduled and fully utilized throughout the day
Coordinate scheduling details such as property access, tenant availability, and work order requirements
Monitor dispatch board activity using service management software such as ServiceTitan or similar platforms
Support dispatch team members and assist with improving dispatch workflows and operational efficiency
Participate in an on call dispatch rotation to support emergency service needs

3 or more years of dispatch experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service industries
Experience coordinating schedules for multiple field service technicians
Ability to manage high call volume and prioritize urgent service requests
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills with technicians, property managers, and customers
Ability to stay calm and make decisions quickly in a fast paced service environment
Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service management software preferred
Previous dispatch leadership or dispatch management experience preferred
Strong understanding of technician routing, service scheduling, and dispatch coordination
