Your New Role

• Pick up and deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and materials to job sites, warehouses, and customer locations throughout Nassau County, Long Island, and surrounding areas

• Load and unload materials safely while verifying orders against manifests and packing slips

• Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatchers, warehouse personnel, and field technicians

• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly

• Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain accurate electronic delivery records using company-provided technology

• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional delivery vehicle

• Represent Pam Air Services professionally at every customer and job site

• Start and end each workday from the Freeport, NY, location

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of one year of delivery driving, logistics, warehouse, or transportation experience preferred

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple delivery stops efficiently

• Familiarity with Nassau County, Suffolk County, Long Island, and surrounding delivery routes is preferred

• Ability to operate mobile technology for delivery documentation

• Commitment to workplace safety and customer service

• Authorized to work in the United States
