Your New Role

• Based in Freeport, NY, serving Nassau County, Suffolk County, and surrounding Long Island communities

• Pick up and deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and materials to job sites, warehouses, and customer locations on time and in good condition

• Load and unload vehicles carefully while verifying orders against manifests and packing slips

• Communicate proactively with dispatchers, technicians, and warehouse staff to coordinate delivery schedules

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs to help ensure safe and reliable operation

• Obtain signatures and maintain accurate delivery records using company-provided technology

• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies

• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked

• Represent Pam Air Services professionally on every delivery

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 or more years of delivery, driving, transportation, or logistics experience preferred

• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds and handle heavy equipment

• Familiarity with delivery routes throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, and the surrounding Long Island area is a plus

• Strong time management skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple deliveries and meet scheduled deadlines

• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements

• Ability to provide documentation establishing authorization to work in the United States as required by law
