Your New Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll play a vital role in our daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Booking appointments for clients efficiently and accurately.
• Organizing routes and dispatching service calls to technicians.
• Managing schedules, time, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Performing data entry with precision and speed.
• Maintaining strong and confident communication with clients.

• Strong, confident, and clear phone presence.
• Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone, engaging with customers, and managing schedules.
• Prior experience in the plumbing industry (preferred).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
• Basic computer skills (data entry, email, and internet).
• Coachable attitude with a drive to take on additional responsibilities.
• High school diploma or GED, plus 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to sit for up to 8 hours per day and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
