Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience
Performance-based bonus opportunities
Part-time schedule averaging 34 hours per week
Monday and Tuesday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (in office)
Monday and Tuesday: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (remote)
Wednesday through Friday: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM

As a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher in Tucson, AZ, you will:
Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule plumbing service appointments accurately and efficiently
Dispatch technicians based on availability, location, and job requirements
Keep customers informed of appointment updates and scheduling changes
Address customer questions and scheduling concerns with professionalism
Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
Maintain accurate customer information and scheduling records
Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as needed

1 to 3 years of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
Administrative experience or experience in the home services industry is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
Ability to remain seated for extended periods during scheduled shifts
Experience with DESCO software is a plus
