*This is not a remote position.


Pay

  • $18.00-$20.00 hourly depending on experience
  • Paid spiffs on selling maintenance agreements and booked calls after 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

  • Answering Phones Promptly: Respond to incoming calls promptly, ensuring customers receive prompt assistance and support.
  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests with enthusiasm and care.
  • Achieving Booking Goals: Work towards meeting outbound and inbound booking targets, demonstrating goal-oriented behavior and proactive communication skills to secure appointments and reservations.
  • Collaborating as a Team Player: Foster a collaborative work environment by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge and resources, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Handling Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment: Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of HVAC or call center experience required
  • Driven to achieve daily and monthly goals
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
