Efficiently handle incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule service appointments and dispatch field employees to job sites, ensuring timely response to customer requests.
Generate and send invoices to customers for services rendered, accurately documenting all relevant information.
Coordinate job dates and details between field employees and customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of expectations.
Maintain records of daily jobs, track revenue, and update relevant databases or systems to ensure accurate financial and operational records.
Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management, to support the smooth operation of the office.
Continuously build and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally, seeking solutions that align with company policies and customer needs.

Experienced in scheduling appointments and dispatching service personnel, ensuring efficient and timely customer service
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with office software and the ability to learn and use specific software tools relevant to the role
While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience using "Service Titan" as it is our operating system
A proven track record of working in the HVAC industry is a must, with a solid understanding of HVAC systems, terminology, and customer needs
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with both customers and team members
1-2 years of relevant professional experience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
