Pay

• $16.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding service inquiries, appointments, and billing questions.
• Provide top-tier customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Schedule service appointments for technicians and work with customers to find convenient scheduling options.
• Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, service history, and billing details.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
• Communicate customer information and service requests effectively to technicians.
• Assist with various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and payment processing.
• Educate customers on available products and services to meet their heating and cooling needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery and excellent customer support.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards and safety protocols.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
