Your New Role

• Work in person from the AAA Home Services office at 827 West Terra Ln in O Fallon, Missouri.

• Serve customers within a 15 mile service area and support the St. Charles County community that AAA Home Services has served for more than 55 years.

• Answer inbound customer calls and route requests accurately and professionally.

• Schedule service appointments for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair technicians.

• Provide friendly and informative customer support using established scripts and procedures.

• Assist customers with basic technical questions and troubleshooting guidance.

• Follow up on customer needs and help move service requests toward timely resolution.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Less than 1 year of customer service or call center experience. Training is provided.

• Strong verbal communication and problem solving skills.

• Comfortable working with phone and basic computer systems.

• Ability to remain composed and helpful in a fast paced customer service environment.

• Ability to work rotating weekends.
