Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
Schedule appointments and assist customers with service-related questions
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Process payments and assist with account-related inquiries
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Communicate service updates, invoices, and other important information
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
Help create a positive customer experience from the first interaction through service completion

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain professional and organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, where permitted by applicable law
Authorization to work in the United States
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
Willingness to learn and participate in company-provided training
