Your New Role

  • Work from the Ridgefield, NJ office supporting residential HVAC service operations

  • Answer inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently

  • Schedule HVAC service appointments, maintenance visits, and repair calls

  • Coordinate technician dispatching and routing for maximum efficiency

  • Maintain accurate customer records and scheduling details using ServiceTitan software

  • Promote HVAC memberships, renewals, and service agreements to customers

  • Follow up with existing members regarding seasonal maintenance and upgrades

  • Process invoicing and support daily office operations

  • Monitor technician GPS tracking and workflow accuracy

  • Communicate effectively with service technicians, managers, and homeowners

  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, customer experience, and operational processes

  • Support team compliance with company scheduling and workflow standards

Job requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, dispatching, operations, administrative support, or home services

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatching software preferred

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • HVAC, solar, home services, or clean energy industry experience preferred

  • Ability to coordinate schedules and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
