Collaborate with experienced HVAC professionals, dispatchers, service technicians, and leadership teams
Make a direct impact by helping homeowners maintain comfort, energy efficiency, and reliable HVAC performance

Work from the Ridgefield, NJ office supporting residential HVAC service operations
Answer inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently
Schedule HVAC service appointments, maintenance visits, and repair calls
Coordinate technician dispatching and routing for maximum efficiency
Maintain accurate customer records and scheduling details using ServiceTitan software
Promote HVAC memberships, renewals, and service agreements to customers
Follow up with existing members regarding seasonal maintenance and upgrades
Process invoicing and support daily office operations
Monitor technician GPS tracking and workflow accuracy
Communicate effectively with service technicians, managers, and homeowners
Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, customer experience, and operational processes
Support team compliance with company scheduling and workflow standards

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, dispatching, operations, administrative support, or home services
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatching software preferred
Associate’s degree or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
HVAC, solar, home services, or clean energy industry experience preferred
Ability to coordinate schedules and manage multiple priorities effectively
Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction
Valid driver’s license required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
