Your New Role

• Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch HVAC technicians in Auburn, Washington

• Track and source OEM parts for active service jobs

• Arrange and manage deliveries to job sites

• Schedule service calls, repairs, and maintenance memberships

• Maintain and update the customer membership database

• Accurately document service details and job progress

• Support customers with clear communication from start to finish

• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Detail-focused with a proactive mindset

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• HVAC or dispatch experience is a plus

• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Availability to work rotating Saturdays
