This is an on-site role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office and knows how to turn every customer interaction into a five-star experience.
Hourly pay: $25 to $30 based on experience
Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Answer high-volume incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service
Schedule service appointments and manage customer intake efficiently
Provide pricing guidance when applicable and set clear expectations
Proactively communicate with customers regarding scheduling updates or changes
Assist technicians with in-field payment processing and support
Perform estimate follow-ups to help convert opportunities into booked jobs
Learn and support dispatching functions as you grow into the role
Operate within CRM systems to track jobs, customers, and communication

3 to 5 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in home services or skilled trades
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, with the ability to learn and navigate CRM software quickly
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to handle scheduling, dispatch coordination, and administrative tasks with accuracy
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Geographic knowledge of our service area is a plus
