Yellowstone Local is proud to represent Guaranteed Plumbing & Heating, an industry leader in residential and light commercial plumbing, drain cleaning, and HVAC services

This is an on-site role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office and knows how to turn every customer interaction into a five-star experience.

Your New Role

  • Answer high-volume incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service

  • Schedule service appointments and manage customer intake efficiently

  • Provide pricing guidance when applicable and set clear expectations

  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding scheduling updates or changes

  • Assist technicians with in-field payment processing and support

  • Perform estimate follow-ups to help convert opportunities into booked jobs

  • Learn and support dispatching functions as you grow into the role

  • Operate within CRM systems to track jobs, customers, and communication

Job requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in home services or skilled trades

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, with the ability to learn and navigate CRM software quickly

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to handle scheduling, dispatch coordination, and administrative tasks with accuracy

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

  • Geographic knowledge of our service area is a plus
