Your New Role
Work from the Fenton, MO office as part of the operations and customer service team
Provide customer service support by answering inquiries, assisting customers, and maintaining a professional and helpful experience
Receive and document incoming customer service requests with accuracy and attention to detail
Enter and manage information within company systems to keep records up to date
Coordinate with internal team members to support daily operations and service workflows
Follow established internal processes to maintain efficiency and consistency in service delivery
Support administrative and operational tasks that help the team serve customers effectively

Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or a related support role
Ability to work on site at the Fenton, MO office location
Willingness to complete company provided in person training
Strong communication skills with the ability to assist customers professionally

Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team focused environment
