Your New Role

As our Customer Service Representative in Akron, OH, you will be the backbone of our operations. Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate effectively will be key to ensuring our office runs smoothly.

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound customer follow-ups

• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on skill set and availability

• Update and maintain customer memberships and payment records

• Organize and maintain files, records, and scheduling systems

• Utilize ServiceTitan software for job management and scheduling

• Assist with updating price books and coordinating technician assignments

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Experience: Mid-level role; at least some prior experience in an administrative, dispatch, or customer-facing role (Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical industry experience is a plus!)

• Software Skills: Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred

• Abilities:

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Background Check & Drug Test: Required
