As a remote CSR, you’ll be representing one of our trusted clients—handling calls, scheduling appointments, and providing support to customers across the U.S.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a highly communicative and dependable Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. Your role is to create a smooth and professional customer experience by handling service requests, answering questions, and solving problems—typically for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar service companies.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner

  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with dispatch teams

  • Accurately input customer information and service details into client systems

  • Provide clear, confident communication around services, pricing, and next steps

  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments or provide status updates

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed

  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and attention to detail

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly pay $5-8/Hour USD (Varies by client and experience level)

  • Full-time (45 hrs/week)

Job requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service, support, or call center role (remote experience preferred)

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

  • Tech-savvy—able to learn client systems quickly (e.g., CRM, VoIP, scheduling tools)

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in the skilled trades or service-based industries is a plus
