We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with excellent English communication skills and a strong background in customer service.

As a remote CSR, you’ll be representing one of our trusted clients—handling calls, scheduling appointments, and providing support to customers across the U.S.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a highly communicative and dependable Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. Your role is to create a smooth and professional customer experience by handling service requests, answering questions, and solving problems—typically for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar service companies.
What You'll Do:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with dispatch teams
Accurately input customer information and service details into client systems
Provide clear, confident communication around services, pricing, and next steps
Follow up with customers to confirm appointments or provide status updates
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and attention to detail

Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay $5-8/Hour USD (Varies by client and experience level)

What We're Looking For:
Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
1+ year of experience in a customer service, support, or call center role (remote experience preferred)
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Tech-savvy—able to learn client systems quickly (e.g., CRM, VoIP, scheduling tools)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Experience in the skilled trades or service-based industries is a plus
