Pay

• $14.00 - $16.00/hr
• Performance Based Pay or Bonus that can be earned after 1 year on the job

Responsibilities

The CSR's daily tasks would include (but not be limited to) the following:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Setting appointments
• Responding to incoming emails and texts
• Placing outbound phone calls to customers and staff members as needed
• Keeping daily logs of all phone traffic and their outcomes
• Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace
• Assisting with tasks as assigned by the office manager
• Ability to multi-task as a MUST as you will have multiple things going on at the same time
• Be comfortable learning and using multiple different computer programs

3. If we are a good fit for each other, they will schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager
4. We will make an offer if you are a good fit

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience 
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Consistent positive attitude even during difficult or tense situations
• Must be willing to undergo a background check & drug test 
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
