Your New Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll keep our front lines strong by:

  • Handling inquiries and providing responses that not only answer questions but also build relationships.

  • Scheduling appointments with precision, ensuring smooth operations and timely services.

  • Acting as the bridge between customers and our technical teams, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

  • Prior experience in a relevant role is an advantage 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service professionally
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and customer interactions
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Successful completion of a drug screening test
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
