As a Customer Service Representative at Aux Home Services, you will:

• Answer incoming calls and emails, handle service inquiries, and manage appointments with a touch of professionalism.
• Schedule and coordinate service calls and technician visits, making sure every customer interaction enhances their experience with us.
• Provide post-service follow-ups to guarantee satisfaction and gather feedback to improve our services.
