Pay Range: $18 - $25 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, with rotating Saturday shifts

You’ll play a critical support role—keeping our technicians on track, our parts flowing, and our customers satisfied. You’ll handle dispatching, coordinate logistics, manage schedules, and track essential details that keep everything running like clockwork.
Dispatch HVAC technicians to customer locations
Source and track OEM parts for service jobs
Coordinate deliveries to job sites with designated runners
Manage scheduling for repairs and membership maintenance visits
Maintain and organize our Membership Database
Accurately document project details and service updates
Location: Auburn, Washington

1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Coachable and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
HVAC industry experience or dispatching background is a strong plus
Familiarity with Service Titan is a bonus
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check
Available for a rotating Saturday schedule
