Your New Role

As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive the top-tier service Angel Water is known for. Your responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound calls from existing and prospective customers

• Making outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling!)

• Managing inbound and outbound email communications

• Providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

• 1-2+ years of customer service experience

• Reliable transportation to Lake Barrington

• Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook; Salesforce experience is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Adaptable, reliable, and customer-focused

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
