As a Sales/Customer Service Representative at House Pro, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to understand their HVAC needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or inside sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
