Your New Role:

In this dynamic dual-role, you’ll be the backbone and frontline hero of our Customer Service Representative (CSR). Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Process incoming leads: Collaborate with the CSR to handle leads from various sources quickly and accurately.
• Efficient lead routing: Ensure leads are directed to the right team members using a systematic approach.
• Facilitate communication: Keep the communication flowing smoothly between the CSR and other teams, updating everyone on lead status.
• Maintain accurate records: Keep all lead information up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Coordinate efforts: Assist in streamlining lead management processes, acting as a bridge between CSR and other departments.
• Handle inbound calls: From both existing and prospective customers with grace and efficiency.
• Make outbound calls: To our valued customers—no cold calling!
• Manage email communications: Both inbound and outbound, like a pro.

This job is for you if:

• You have 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• You’re experienced in customer service and task routing.
• You’re driven, organized, and ready to make a real impact.
• You’re proficient with MS Office, PC, and Outlook. Knowledge of Salesforce is a bonus.
• You’re ethical, reliable, well-organized, coachable, disciplined, outgoing, and passionate about health.
• You thrive under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• You’re loyal, team-oriented, results-driven, thorough, personable, and prideful in your work.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Experience in routing tasks and assignments efficiently
• Availability to work every Monday and Saturday is required
• Experience in the Water Treatment and Purification industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, PC, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
• Must be ethical, reliable, well-organized, coachable, disciplined, outgoing, and passionate about health
• Must remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
