  • $14-$16.00/hour
  • Oncall Stipend+Additional pay for booked calls after hours

  • Handle inbound calls from customers professionally and efficiently, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Make outbound calls to customers as required, following company protocols and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring the integrity of customer information and records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office 365 programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to complete various tasks such as document creation, spreadsheet management, and email communication.
  • Willingly learn and become proficient in using our CRM system, ServiceTitan, to track customer interactions, update customer profiles, and manage service requests.
  • Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as the schedule allows and as needs arise, which may include but are not limited to data entry, accounts payable (AP) entry, or any other duties within your skillset.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive support to customers and ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers and answer their questions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, data handling, and CRM usage.
  • Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and maintain a positive customer experience during all interactions.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Continuously improve communication and problem-solving skills to better assist customers and address their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product/service updates to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance CSR skills and knowledge.
  • Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
