Your New Role

• Answer incoming client calls, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
• Provide introductory information to new customers and follow up after service to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to inform clients about additional services.
• Troubleshoot common client questions, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Representatives and departments to find fast, effective solutions.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude, impacting both client interactions and internal teamwork.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience with Service Titan software (preferred)
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• Availability to work during the day shift with a rotating weekend schedule
