Your New Role

Based at our Tyler, TX office, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing top-tier plumbing service. This isn’t just answering phones—this is orchestrating a smooth service experience from first call to job completion.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls & making outbound calls

• Scheduling jobs and dispatching techs using our system

• Collecting payments

• Classifying service calls

• Responding to customer reviews

• Entering receipts into QuickBooks

• Maintaining accurate records

• Keeping detailed customer notes for the service team

• Supporting with office and administrative tasks to keep things running

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

• Highly task-oriented with strong multitasking abilities

• Friendly, bubbly personality and a can-do attitude

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Basic computer skills; QuickBooks experience is a plus

• Plumbing knowledge is helpful but not required
