As a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator at Apollo Plumbing & Rooter, you will be based in Everett, Washington and support daily operations by assisting both the Customer Care Representative and Dispatch functions. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, supporting efficient scheduling, and working closely with office staff and field technicians to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Answer incoming client calls and create a strong first impression for the company
Use the approved company greeting and ensure calls are answered promptly
Assist customers with booking service calls and addressing concerns
Notify customers of schedule changes and coordinate updated arrival times
Support dispatching of service and maintenance calls to maximize efficiency
Share responsibility for ensuring technicians arrive on time to appointments
Debrief technicians after service calls and confirm required job details
Conduct follow up calls to support customer satisfaction
Make outbound calls as needed to support daily operations
Confirm service information is accurately entered into ServiceTitan
Support general office tasks as needed
Follow company policies, ethics, and team standards

High school diploma or GED
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal settings
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
Critical thinking skills and strong written communication abilities
Flexibility with work hours as needed
Ability to work in a service center office environment
