Your New Role

As Customer Relations Manager, you’ll be the face of Goff Welding LLC, ensuring top-tier service for our clients while overseeing industrial welding projects. Based in Paul, ID, you’ll travel as needed to job sites, managing multiple projects across the food processing industry.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Serving as the primary client contact, addressing concerns and ensuring project success
• Conducting site visits, managing customer relationships, and providing expert guidance
• Overseeing stainless steel welding, pipe fitting, and metal fabrication projects
• Ensuring compliance with food-grade processing and safety regulations
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple locations
• Providing technical expertise on welding techniques and fabrication best practices

• 3-5 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or industrial project management
• Strong knowledge of stainless steel welding and food-grade processing requirements
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple job sites and coordinating project timelines
• Proficiency in CRM and project management software
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be insurable under company policy)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience in food processing industry welding/fabrication
• Certifications in welding or project management
