Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers in booking jobs and addressing inquiries.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure positive customer experiences and satisfaction.
  • Initiate outbound calls for appointment reminders and updates.
  • Maintain an updated customer database with accurate information.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Perform administrative duties to support operational efficiency.
  • Proactively report issues and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
  • Utilize adept conflict resolution skills to address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and professional approach in delivering excellence in customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly in a positive, nurturing manner
  • Basic computer skills
  • Geographical knowledge of the service area and/or map reading skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail
  • Thrives in a team-oriented environment
  • Having customer service experience is preferred but not required!
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
