Responsibilities

- Book service calls or appointments efficiently, utilizing appropriate scheduling systems or software to maintain an organized and accurate booking process.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, inquiries, or complaints, demonstrating empathy and understanding while addressing their needs effectively.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers, addressing their questions, providing solutions, and offering appropriate recommendations or alternatives as needed.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining open lines of communication with the customer.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions, recording relevant details, actions taken, and any necessary follow-up required.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments or colleagues as necessary to facilitate timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
