Pay range: $35,000–$39,000 per year plus commissions
Full-time position with long-term stability (not seasonal)
Weekend shifts available and required (Saturday and Sunday)

As a Customer Advocate Team Member based in West Palm Beach, FL, you’ll be the heart of our customer experience. You’ll help manage project manager schedules, support walk-in clients, and make sure every customer interaction reflects our high standards.
Route and manage schedules for multiple project managers
Handle inventory and assist walk-in clients with a welcoming attitude
Participate in sales activities and consistently follow up with customers
Communicate by phone and email with internal team members and clients
Keep things organized and moving efficiently between departments

1–2+ years of experience in routing, scheduling, or dispatch preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce is a plus
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and customer service skills
A natural people person with an outgoing, positive attitude
Weekend availability is required
Can speak Spanish (preferred)
Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
