Hourly pay: $52.00 to $63.00, based on experience and qualifications
Full-time position
Typical schedule: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Expected workload: 40 to 50 hours per week

Safely operate lattice boom cranes on heavy construction projects
Perform crane setup, operation, and breakdown in accordance with applicable safety standards and project requirements
Complete daily pre-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
Coordinate lifting operations with supervisors, riggers, and field personnel
Follow lift plans, load charts, and established job site procedures
Maintain required operational documentation and equipment records
Support safe, efficient job site operations based out of Eastlake, Ohio, with travel to project sites throughout Northwest Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio
Maintain a strong commitment to safety, communication, and quality workmanship on every project

NCCCO certification to operate a lattice boom crane is required
Class A CDL preferred
3 to 5 years of lattice boom crane or heavy equipment operating experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
Strong knowledge of crane operation, lift planning, load charts, and construction safety practices
Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify maintenance concerns
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
