Job description

Petri Electric

🚀 Yellowstone Local Presents: Petri Electric, Inc. 🚀

Yellowstone Local is an industry leader in representing the nation's best skilled-trade companies and helping them find and hire the industry's top-performing talent. All of our positions are direct hire placements, ensuring you can step into a role that makes you a standout in the industry—without the hassle of placement fees.

We are proud to introduce you to Petri Electric, Inc.

Are you electrified by the thought of leading high-voltage projects to success? Imagine a place where your leadership in the electrical field powers up skyscrapers, industrial complexes, and essential facilities. Petri Electric isn't just about wiring and circuits; it's about powering progress and lighting up careers.

Your New Role:

  • Project Leadership: Take charge of electrical construction and renovation projects, steering them from inception to completion with precision and authority.
  • Material Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to ensure all materials are on-site when needed, eliminating delays.
  • Subcontractor Synergy: Work seamlessly with general contractors and other subcontractors to ensure a smooth project flow and top-tier results.
  • Quality Supervision: Oversee electrical installations, ensuring all work adheres to the highest standards and complies with all relevant codes.
  • Cost Management: Keep a sharp eye on labor costs, making strategic decisions to optimize resources without sacrificing quality.
  • Safety Leadership: Champion stringent safety protocols, ensuring a secure work environment for your team and all project participants.

What’s in it for You to Join the Team:

  • Competitive Pay: Earn between $33.00 and $45.00 per hour, reflective of your expertise, and up to $5,000 bonus to get you started.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy full coverage for medical, dental, and vision; a 401(k) with matching; generous PTO; and more perks like company parties and a truck allowance.
  • Professional Growth: We support your career journey with job training, promote-from-within policies, and continued education reimbursement options.

Why You Will Never Want to Leave:

  • Empowering Culture: Thrive in a culture that values your success as much as you do, with leadership committed to guiding and supporting your journey.
  • Positive Environment: Work in a positive atmosphere where teamwork and collaboration are the keys to shared success.
  • Recognition and Reward: Not only do we celebrate your achievements, but we make them possible with strategic hiring and supportive leadership.

This Job Isn’t for You If:

  • You're not interested in taking charge or steering large-scale projects.
  • You prefer to work solo rather than collaborate with a team.
  • Adhering to safety and quality standards feels like a chore.

This Job Is for You If:

  • You're a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician in Texas with a track record of leading projects to successful completion.
  • You possess deep knowledge of project management, electrical codes, and have strong leadership abilities.
  • You're passionate about mentoring and advancing the skills of upcoming electricians.

Ready to spark your career to new heights with Petri Electric? Apply now and join a team where your skills ensure that every project shines brightly.
