Lead commercial construction projects in Louisville, KY, from preconstruction through completion
Manage project budgets, cost controls, schedules, and procurement processes
Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams to ensure project milestones are met
Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, quality control, and schedule adherence
Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and proactively address field challenges
Communicate project updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Document daily reports, change orders, project schedules, and field activity
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Prolog to maintain organized project documentation

3–5+ years of experience in construction management, project management, or field supervision
Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, renovation projects, and build-outs
Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and job site coordination
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or similar platforms preferred
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local job sites in the Louisville area
