Your New Role

• Work on building sites, highway projects, excavation, and demolition jobs in East Helena, Montana

• Perform general construction labor including trench digging, site prep, and debris removal

• Use hand tools and power tools such as demolition saws, earth tampers, and measuring equipment

• Assist with concrete work, grading, trenching, and job site cleanup

• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized

• Support equipment operators and crew members to keep projects moving on schedule

• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather and job site conditions

• Capable of heavy lifting and repetitive tasks

• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a construction team

• Valid driver’s license

• Experience in construction, excavation, demolition, or heavy civil work is a plus but not required

• Ability to reliably commute within a 50 mile radius of East Helena, Montana for full time work
